Why and when I did start my business:
October 2007 - 2 mothers looking to return to work and a product which proved to be not only of a high quality, but also very tasty!
This is my target market or audience:
Individuals who don?t have time to prepare their own curries, supermarkets and delicatessens, catering companies, restaurants and hotels.
How I would like to see my business change in the future:
We are only one year old and still small, we need to expand within Barcelona (in more delicatessens, restaurants, etc) and beyond Barcelona - we are actively looking for agents to represent us throughout Spain.
My advice to other BWN members which want to start a own business:
Don?t get discouraged if things don?t work out at the beginning. It takes an amazing amount of time to get a product established and profitable.
