I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also have an MBA from a top business school and have extensive experience as a manager, director, and consultant in human resources for global Fortune 500 companies. I'm the career coach for the international MBA alumni of Columbia University, and the HR and Coaching Expert for NEOKIN, a medical consulting company. I coach in English and in Spanish.

My advice to other BWN members which want to start a own business:
A great idea and a dream need solid basics, organization and planning to become a reality. The details are very important and can make or break it, so don't hesitate to seek out expert advice for financial and legal matters, business planning, investor funding, etc. Then, GO FOR IT!!

Finding my calling and starting my business; helping others do the same.
