Why and when I did start my business:

I began my interior design firm in 1988 and the art consulting business a few years later. I have always been interested in art and design and find that Barcelona is an ideal city for both.

This is my target market or audience:

·Private clients for decoration or design work in their homes ·Companies for space planning and office furnishing ·Shops, restaurants and hotels for design work and art work

How I would like to see my business change in the future:

It has been a pleasure working on a large variety of projects over these years and I look forward to many more. Each project brings a new set of challenges and solutions, to be found, which for me is the exciting part of my work.

My advice to other BWN members which want to start a own business:

Like anywhere we must know our trade, market and form alliances. Never hesitate to ask for information and help. Turn to professionals to help you with the steps needed to set up your business.

My biggest business achievement:

The satisfaction of completing a project that meets the client's tastes and needs, making for a more comfortable place to live or work. It doesn't matter if it is a home or a hotel...the objectives must be met.
